MEMBERSHIP POLICIES & CLUB RULES
Core24 designed the Membership Policies ("Policies") and the club rules, including rules listed here and rules posted in club ("Rules") to ensure a safer and more enjoyable environment in which to exercise. So, please be thoughtful and observe the Policies and Rules that you, and all members, have agreed to follow. Core24 may, in its sole discretion, modify the Policies and Rules without notice at any time. It's your responsibility to know and follow the most current Policies and Rules. All approved signs posted in a club or on the premises shall be considered a part of the Policies and Rules of Core24.
DRESS POLICY
Core24 requires you to wear appropriate clothing and footwear while in its facilities. Here are general guidelines: gym shorts, T-shirts, jogging and sweat outfits are all good choices for exercising in, but street clothes/shoes and jeans are not, nor is no shoes. We have t-shirts & sweaters for sale if you are interested in that as well.
USE OF CORE24 FACILITY
YOUR CODE use is for “YOU” the member only. ONLY Paid Members have access to the gym equipment. MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO ENTER.
There is 24 hr. video surveillance on the premises for your protection and alerts admin as you sign in.
Weights & Other Equipment: There are specific Rules posted regarding the use of the weights and other equipment in Core24 facility.
As a courtesy, please replace the weights on the rack after you use them and wipe off any benches and equipment after your use.
No Solicitation: Core24 facility is provided for the private use of club members only and is not open to the public.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES
No Alcohol, Drugs, or Smoking: You cannot engage in any activity at Core24 while under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.
Core24 does not permit smoking, alcohol, or illegal drugs, including steroids, in its facility.
No Weapons: No weapons of any kind are permitted in Core24 facility.
Photos/Filming: Taking photos or filming of others is not permitted without their prior knowledge and consent.
CONDUCT
While in Core24 facility, Core24 does not permit and will not tolerate any inappropriate conduct. Such conduct includes, without limitation, using loud, abusive, offensive, insulting, demeaning language, profanity, lewd conduct or any conduct that harasses or is bothersome to members. Please use headphones for music and/or watching television. However, the TV on the South wall is Bluetooth/Wifi compatible and the space provided was made to use with the tv and app of your choice and can be played out loud while exercising.
VIOLATION OF POLICIES OR RULES
If any member or guest violates any of the Policies or Rules, Core24 will ask that person to stop or leave. A member’s violation of any of the Policies or Rules may also cause Core24, in its sole discretion, to terminate that person’s membership and/or other agreements and Member shall not be entitled to a credit for any prepayment of dues or other fees due or paid pursuant to this Membership Agreement.
